At Kala Watch Co, we stand by the craftsmanship of our timepieces and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the exchange or refund process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Securely place the watch in its original luxury packaging, including all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists inspect the return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
